The Lagoon Villas are a small, quiet condo community consisting of 16 units ranging in size from about 1,000 to 1,400 square feet. Located on the southernmost end of Hilton Head Island, these condos boast a prime location only about a quarter mile from the beach and within walking distance of the South Beach Marina.

With private back porches, residents and guests of the Lagoon Villas can sit outdoors and savor lush, green lagoon views. The quiet lagoon is also a bird sanctuary, stocked with fish, and lined with countless trees.

When it’s time to venture out and explore the area, there’s an abundance of options nearby, like three championship golf courses, the South Beach pool, the nearby beach, or a variety of shopping and dining options. Locals and returning visitors recommend the Salty Dog Café, which is famous for its waterfront location, excellent seafood, and locally brewed craft beers.
