We can often help buyers with ideas and cost estimates on changes to a property.
There is never an obligation to use our construction services when buying real estate. We offer ideas and professional construction advice as part of our real estate services so you can have all the information you need when buying property. A lot of properties that are put on the market for sale show very well and highlight their best attributes. However many real estate listings do not show well and a little (or sometimes a lot of) imagination is needed to bring out their best.
I always try to identify a property's one to three best attributes and enhance them as much as possible when putting a property on the market. It may be a view, the curb appeal, trees, or a certain architectural element. This also holds true when helping clients find a property. Many times a property's key features or benefit's are hidden or diminished. That is where I often find "hiddden value" that may not be priced into the property." Russ Fielden
