A lot of properties that are put on the market for sale show very well and highlight their best attributes. However many real estate listings do not show well and a little (or sometimes a lot of) imagination is needed to bring out their best.

I always try to identify a property's one to three best attributes and enhance them as much as possible when putting a property on the market. It may be a view, the curb appeal, trees, or a certain architectural element. This also holds true when helping clients find a property.
