What has sold this year? The stats you need to know!

Since January 1, 2010 through February 15,2010 the number of homes that have sold is 65.  The stats are revealing.  The average days on the market were 144, the average listing price was $217,363, the average per sq ft price was $119.00.  The average sales price was $204,147 and the average sold price per sq foot was $111.  These stats are from Beaufort MLS dated February 15, 2010.
